Hong Kong Tourism Board launches November Food Month with over 400 eateries
The Hong Kong Tourism Board launches Food Month in November, with over 400 restaurants and bars offering special deals. Highlights include a late-night food map with 100 venues and extended hours at tourist hotspots. Organisers aim to boost local spending and community exploration.
The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has launched “Hong Kong Food Month”, running throughout November, with more than 400 restaurants, bars and food outlets across the city offering limited-time food and beverage promotions.
The initiative includes a “Hong Kong Late-Night Food Map” linking 100 restaurants and bars, which will offer exclusive deals after 9pm. Some participating outlets in popular tourist areas will extend their opening hours until midnight or later.
Attendees of the recently concluded “Hong Kong Wine and Food Festival” can also use the “Hong Kong Food Month Exclusive Privilege Card” distributed at the event to access more than 250 additional benefits. These include discounts on set menus, dining discounts, welcome drinks, buy-one-get-one-free offers and activity redemptions.
HKTB chairman Peter Lam said the event aims to connect five themed categories—star-rated restaurants, regional eateries, specialty bars and late-night hotspots—so that both tourists and residents can enjoy the city’s culinary appeal from day to night throughout November. He expressed hope the campaign would encourage more people to explore local communities and spend in Hong Kong.
