Police Constable (Auxiliary)'s main responsibilities are to support the regular force to perform crowd management duty in large scale public events or pre-planned operations, and to conduct daily beat patrols. Further, the Force will also provide support at times of natural disasters and emergencies.is required to work shifts and / or irregular hours and work in an area outside the HKSAR. (a) (i) Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or (ii) Level 2/ Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; (b) (i) Level 2 or above in Chinese and English language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; or have a pass result in Chinese and English language tests for Police Constable recruitment exercise, or equivalent ; and (ii) be able to read and write Chinese and speak fluent Cantonese; (c) pass a physical fitness test; (d) pass an eyesight test which includes a visual acuity test and a colour perception test.
