Duties: Clean Swimming Pool Ambassador (a) to promote the importance of maintaining personal hygiene and keeping swimming pools clean, educate and advise the public on the topic, and to explain to them the regulations on public swimming pools; (b) to assist swimming pool staff in advising or prosecuting offenders; (c) to assist in maintaining order in lobbies and handling general enquiries from the public; and (d) to assist in distributing and explaining to the public publicity materials on keeping swimming pools clean. Key Official/ Official (a) to assist in the preparation, promotion and implementation of recreation and sports programmes; (b) to perform general office clerical work; (c) to provide support services for recreation and sports programmes, such as collating and compiling statistics, liaising with collaborating parties, arranging for equipment and materials required for… Applicants must: (a)be Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above (b)have completed Secondary 5 education, or equivalent; and (c)be able to speak fluent Cantonese; write and read Chinese. Preference will be given to applicants with: (a)an average command of spoken English and a basic command of Putonghua; (b)proficiency in Chinese and English word processing and common software applications (such as Microsoft Word and Excel/PowerPoint)/computer graphics software applications; (c)basic knowledge of organizing recreation and sports programmes or horticultural activities and relevant experience; (d)a valid First Aid Certificate; and (e)experience in volunteer services.
