Graduate trainees will receive practical training under professional guidance meeting the training requirements of the relevant professional institutions. (I) Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (obtained in 2026 or after), the qualification of which satisfies the academic requirements for corporate membership of the Geotechnical Discipline of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and for admission into the HKIE Training Scheme “A” in the Geotechnical Discipline; and (II) Be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of engagement unless specified otherwise.
