Mainly deployed on – (a) supervision and certification of aircraft maintenance and servicing activities in accordance with Hong Kong Aviation Requirements 145 and Government Flying Service engineering procedures; (b) training of maintenance staff; and (c) any other duties as required by the Controller, Government Flying Service. (Note: The appointees are required to wear uniform and work shifts / irregular hours.) Candidates should - (a) have a Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department Aircraft Maintenance Licence (HKAR-66) in Category B1.1 or B1.3; and 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a supervisory position [Note (1)]; (b) have a sound knowledge of a related licence category with the ability to obtain the licence category endorsement; (c) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note (2)] or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and be able to communicate in Chinese; and (d) have a pass result in Basic Law and National Security Law…
