Clockenflap Music & Arts Festival has announced the first wave of artists for its 2026 edition, set to take place from December 4 to 6 at Central Harbourfront Event Space. The lineup spans alternative R&B, shoegaze, hard rock, post-punk and indie pop.
Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams will headline Saturday, marking her first solo festival appearance in the region. Singer-songwriter keshi tops the bill on Friday. Williams' performance comes ahead of a 2027 Primavera Festival headline slot and offers Hong Kong audiences a chance to see her outside the Paramore setting.
The first-wave lineup includes shoegaze pioneers Slowdive, performing Sunday, and Queens of the Stone Age, bringing a heavier edge. Korean indie band HYUKOH, Scottish alternative rock veterans The Jesus and Mary Chain and Sonic Youth co-founder Kim Gordon are also confirmed.
Rising alt-R&B artist Malcolm Todd joins the bill alongside jazz duo DOMi & JD BECK, alternative hip-hop group Digable Planets and British post-punk duo Sleaford Mods. Electronic music is represented by Berlin techno figure Marcel Dettmann and Hong Kong duo HE.R Soundsystem.
Additional artists include singer-songwriter Daniela Andrade, New Zealand pop-rock band SIX60, Thai alt-R&B artist pami, dream-pop favourite Fazerdaze, genre-blending trio Chanpan and jazz-fusion group Brekky Boy.
Beyond music, the festival will feature large-scale art installations, family-friendly workshops and performances, plus food and drink from local operators. The Central Harbourfront setting offers views of the skyline and Victoria Harbour, a key part of the festival's identity.
