Hong Kong seeks bids for EMSD headquarters staff canteen lease

The Hong Kong government has issued a tender notice for the lease of a canteen at the headquarters of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD). The notice was uploaded to the Government Property Agency website on October 7.
The premises must be operated as a canteen providing meals, snacks, drinks (excluding alcoholic beverages and plastic-bottled drinking water), and other food items. The canteen will serve government employees working at the EMSD headquarters and other individuals authorised by the EMSD Director.
Tender documents can be obtained from the Government Property Agency at 9/F, West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays. Documents are also available for download from the agency's website.
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the premises must contact the Government Property Agency by calling 3842 6777 to make an appointment by October 21.
Bids must be deposited in the Government Logistics Department tender box located at the ground floor of North Point Government Offices, 333 Chatham Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before 12 noon on October 28. Late submissions will not be accepted.
